Cynthia Louise Bissett Vice president of Verizon mobile operator. Joseph Anthony Germanotta Jr. is her father, an internet company director and businessman. Her family was in the elite Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan in a Catholic family. To avoid being a victim of the system, her parents were enrolled in the Convent of the Sacred Heart an eminent and religious institution. The passion for music started in the early years of a toddler. She taught herself piano as a teenager and, when she was 13, wrote her very first song. She performed in open mic nights. Her most favored artists included David Bowie, Madonna and Michael Jackson. A graduate of New York University, Tisch School of Art she began studying music after high school. After high school, she chose to pursue a musical career and abandoned her study.
